How Do The Meal Plans Work?How You Get It As soon as you pay for the meal plan, two emails will be sent to the email address you entered during checkout. One will be your receipt from PayPal. The other will contain a link to download your meal plan. Click on that link or paste it into your browser's address area and press enter. Your download will begin automatically.
The meal plans are PDF (Portable Document Format) files. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or later to view the meal plan. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and can be installed on most computers. The meal plans are not printed and are not mailed to you unless you request and pay for that separately. Once downloaded the meal plan can be viewed and printed from your computer.
